Through specific testing agreed with our clients’ technical offices, using cutting-edge tools, machinery and software, we carry out careful checks to identify defective products, and we analyse and report any errors in unsuitable products to establish corrective measures to correct the work cycles, thus achieving constant improvements in our production quality.

Environmental impact
Our company is actively involved with Environmental Sustainability, as we are constantly committed to reducing our environmental footprint
By adopting sustainable practices such as the use of bicarbonate-based degreasing products (with minimal environmental impact), as well as filters for reducing harmful emissions, closed-circuit centrifugation systems for direct reuse of water, digitalization of processes and documents and, last but not least, the separate management of waste.
Automatic digital profile projector
Image-based dimensional measurement system that enables stable edge detection, allowing high-precision measurement of up to 300 points in seconds, ensuring consistent results, regardless of the operator.
Coordinate Measuring Machine with Handheld Probe
Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) that measures high-precision 3D/GD&T features for both palm-sized and larger parts and captures measurements at any position. The unit automatically records measurement data and creates detailed inspection reports.
Digital optical microscope
Thanks to an optical magnification from 20x to 200x and the 4K CMOS sensor, it is possible to carry out detections, measurements and analysis, both in 2D and 3D, of the smallest surface details of the machined pieces, capture high-resolution images and carry out three-dimensional analytical scans.

We obtained the following certifications: ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO45001:2018. Such results do not represent mere achievements, but push us to constantly improve our processes.
