Processing cycles and flows specifically designed for each individual product

Our production departments are organized to obtain maximum efficiency of the production flow, from storage of extruded bars of several different alloys, to the washing and packaging of goods to be delivered, we are equipped with cutting-edge machinery and software, entrusted to qualified and specifically-trained staff, thus guaranteeing the highest possible quality standards.

CUTTING

Technologically-advanced cross-cut saw machines for fast, precise cutting of extruded bars with an excellent degree of refining.

Milling

Our 4-axis CNC 4.0 work centers, using CAM system and ERP/MES software interface for computerized management of production and quality control, allow us to perform complex procedures to manufacture aesthetically refined profile parts from aluminum and other alloys, on behalf of third party-clients, also in series, with high quality standards.

Drilling

Performed by specialized personnel or by 4.0 CNC work centers, our perforation operations allow us to perform extremely precise work even on very complex details, thanks to equipment designed and built internally.

Deburring – Chamfering

Specialized personnel perform chamfering operations as well as the removal of burrs and excess materials from workpieces, both manually and through work centers.

Vibrofinishing

This is the surface finishing process that allows us to obtain smooth surfaces, even on tiny parts, reducing roughness and removing micro-burrs.

Degreasing – cleaning

Thanks to the use of specific machines, the goods, produced in series, are washed and degreased before being passed-on to the logistics department for final delivery, so that our customers receive their products free from any contamination. The combination of non-harmful detergents and recycling technologies guarantee the lowest possible environmental footprint.
