Our cutting-edge machinery is constantly renewed to achieve the highest precision, reliability and programming that is possible.
The digitalization of processes and technological developments introduced with 4.0 machinery allow us to automate many of the production phases through machine tools, creating a smart structure that guarantees constant verification and improvement.
Nowadays, important sharing of data in real time covers the entire production process, simplifying management and quality control, ensuring the optimization of production in terms of quality, costs and work-around time.
4.0 CNC tool machinery
We own 19 CNC of different dimensions and set-ups in order to meet the different needs of our customers.
The technology of Industry 4.0 made us achieve meaningful progress by use of a new class of tool machinery managed through ERP management software with specific MRP – MPS – MES modules.
Sectioning machines
Our firm owns 8 sectioning machines with automatic extruded bar loaders, capable of making rapid and precise cuts.
Column drill
Each CNC work station is quipped with a column drill, to allow for the execution of special perforations and to chamfer holes already obtained in previous work phases.
Chamfering machines
Each CNC working station has a chamfering machine, to work on small parts which were not smoothed during previous work phases.
tumbling machines
Our firm owns 3 tumbling machines for the execution of vibrofinishing on manufactured details (roughing, smoothing, polishing and brightening)
Tooling department
Our in-house tooling department allows us to produce specific equipment for the manufacturing processes of our machinery, and also insures quick interventions in the event of changes to the design of the final products; it also allows us to guarantee constant maintenance on our equipment, so that we can always maintain high quality standards.
Degreasing and washing machines
Our 2 washing machines are equipped with closed-circuit sludge centrifugation systems for direct reuse of water, using bicarbonate-based detergents. They can completely remove impurities and various residual substances resulting from production, so that we can deliver clean metal products while respecting the environment.
